Not him but battles are fairly quick in this one and routs happen very fast for most armies, but they also recover pretty fast if you don't run them down so things can turn into chaotic moshpits pretty quickly.

If you select your units and press ctrl+g it will save their formation when you move them, and when you attack an enemy it will send them into attack in that formation, when they close in they'll auto-charge the nearest unit. It helps a shitton so you're not panicking out trying to meet the enemy charge 1 unit at a time.

Chaos is going to be game 3 IIRC the original plan was no chaos because Chaos isn't that big of a deal in fantasy (until later editions where it started to try to be more 40k like). They just decided that people probably want chaos so they asked for extra money to make it as a pre-order incentive (because publishers will give you extra resources to make pre-order incentives)

It's not, Chaos was never like "the big bad guy" until very late on, hell greenskins were painted as the bigger and more immediate threat to the empire most of the time.
Also remember this isn't 40k where the warp is where all magic shit comes from, in fantasy the lords of change are around tier 3 in terms of "big badass wizards" ignoring dead Slann. With Teclis and Nagash by far on top.

The only thing the dorfs have better is the Organ Gun and their cannon is no different from the Empire one.

Gamewise i don't know they seem to fix some balance issues and organ gun is better now at least. Fluff wise empire has more experimental weapons while Dwarfs are stubborn and use proved methods and take 100 years to try something new.
Dwarf made weaponry is almost zero % chance to jam or explode though, empire it's almost 30-40% because shoddy human shite.
So you got this multi rocket artillery where you have to roll for each rocket IF they hit then roll where they hit which can be almost anywhere on the battlefield but most likely in your own army.
Any advice for Dorfs campaign? every time i leave the starting province I get orks fucking shit up

I have a couple of questions. I play on very hard.
1. How do you manage happiness with Vampires? I destroyed the Empire, but couldnt hold their cities because corruption spreads so slow. I waited like 10 turns with 3% corruption spread, couldnt hold additional cities, and as a result, when Chaos/Varg invaded, I got rekt.
How does the Osmosis works? Should I just build corruption spread buildings more often? (I usually build 1 per province but obviously its not enough).
2. Whats a good strategy for Chaos? Im currently fighting the dwarfs in the north. Where should I go next? Skaeling are more powerful than me.
And who can I ally? Just the Varg/Skaeling?
And how do I make money? Just by raiding/killing? I already have a 2000 deficit. If I get any more armies, I wont have time to build anything.

Corruption is important for vampires. But if you can make public order fall hard enough with chaos or vampires, you can force rebellions that at their worst weaken empire armies, and at best balkanise your enemies into smaller easier targets.
