I'm enjoying Future Tone, but it's easily the worst playing Project Diva game I've played (which would be all of them). These note charts are terrible and don't work with a gamepad at all. Lazy port is lazy.

I want to get future tone, but I'm dogshit at rhythm games. I only started playing f 2nd like a month ago, but was playing miracle girls festival on/off since release. I've cleared about half on hard and a couple on extreme. Should I wait until I can at least clear the songs in f 2nd on extreme? Future Tone looks balls hard.

Like 30-40 songs can't be played on easy and around 10 or so are exclusive to hard difficulty or higher. And yes, the harder difficulties are bullshit in this. However, there's still a fuckton of songs on easy and normal.
