I love it.
It has one of the best OSTs of any game ever.
I really enjoy the story. I think the themes and characters are well explored.
I guess the gameplay isn't to everyone's taste, but it suits me fine. I've played this game all the way through many times and I just started again with the New Threat mod

It was my first Final Fantasy, I remember it fondly and play it again every few years. VII has a great atmosphere I think, but VI is my favorite out of the bunch.

Solid game. Saying it is perfect, GOAT, or any of that other bullshit is pointless. It is just a game you should take the time to play and appreciate just like all these other top tier games.
Got bored after leaving midgar. I think seeing multiple scenes when I was younger from different places in the story ruined it for me.
