SSD, 100-150 mods, lots of them textures, loading times 1-5~ seconds, maybe initial game loads from scratch take up to 20 or so.

I may also add that sometimes the loading times are instant with that mod.

Also, avoid using texture mods. They tend to increase loading times by a lot.
