Xbone controller is horrible. Bumpers that you can only press from certain angles is terrible. Dpad sucks. Triggers no good.

they redesigned it from the ground up, when it was perfectly usable. It's horrendously slow, even on fast connections. If you scroll too quickly through a list of games, not only does it take 20+ seconds for thumbnails to appear, some kind of indexing error happens and you get like, Neptunia girl images on adverts for NBA 2K16. The whole thing feels like you're trying to run windows vista on a calculator.
It's just a piece of shit, but now you can search and start downloads from a PC browser so it doesn't matter, I guess.
