The problem with symmetra is that once the enemy team is once the point and has like 50% of it captured, you have to commit to either getting them off now, cutting your losses and fortifying the second cp, or just changing class. If you fail to push them off and they cap while most of the team is killed, Sym is dead weight until she can setup at least like 4 turrets. It's too easy for the other team to just push straight through and double cap.

While in Turret mode he has a blue section on his back which is his weak spot.
Other than that, Genji, Pharra, Widowmaker, Junkrat and even Hanzo to a certain degree are defenitive counters. He is also a good Zarya feeder.

How the hell do I deal with him as Tracer. I can manage almost every other hero to an extent, but i'm beat almost 100% of the time by Lucio. He's just unfuckingkillable.
Her 2 is shit, I mean I can hit people with it, but I would be happier if it was reworked into something more useful and less situational.
I'd like her to provide some actual support via her turrets, it helps you with map awareness, but your team is unable to know where they are and when they pop. I suggest turrets to provide a very slight heal to allys when there's no enemies around.
Also allow more than one tele per Sym, so she can keep charging her ult after placing the first tele.

I always play Lucio on Ilios now. Two of the stages are amazing for just skating. The one with the well you can skate near the bottom to contest the point. The other one with the giant pillars can be skated on all the way around still using healing boost. It's great because most people are too dumb to look slightly up at me.

I've been playing Symmetra only for the past few days and I gotta say she's really OP and people will figure it out sooner or later. I play her even in KoTH maps and still win a lot. I think I have the highest win rate with her probably, and she has the highest win rate overall too of all heroes.
I've gotten many POTGs where I melt 3-4 people with my microwave because no one can aim. Although I can't play her aggressively if the enemies are better at aiming.

D.Va is underpowered. Her rams do fuckall for damage, her armor doesn't matter because of her critbox size, and her shield ability is finicky at blocking shots if you're moving about but it is a good ability and one of her few redeeming factors.
Unfortunately a half decent shield and great mobility doesn't make up for the fact she does nothing others don't do better and fills no role well, making her almost always a bad choice. She needs a buff.
