Deus Ex HR was the last time I really enjoyed a videogame like in the old days, back when you got so into games that when you weren't playing them you were thinking about it. There's no way Mankind Divided is going to be as good, but then again HR had no right to be as good as it was to begin with.

The person that makes the most sense acting as a go-between is the Russian from the first game's DLC. And yes, she's his pilot. She's stated to be so in the first trailer they ever released.

This will always lethal or non lethal, take you to the exact end destination, on a linear path that had 2 or 3 linear points that simply only take you around portions of the linear map.
No amount of time would do anything for this game, not having more money, not having more time, because the directors cut came out and you basically pay for a patch. They could have made an expansion by your standards, but the reality is gaming is dead.

Having actually beat The Fall I can state confidently and with authority that Alex and Malik are functionally the same character, and when I say functionally I mean both in gameplay role and personality. Nonlethal is better in everyway. Get the double-takedown perk as soon as possible since it gives the best experience, hack EVERYTHING, never use one of the things that does it automatically. Non-Lethal gives you significantly more experience for each takedown. Aditionally, not being spotted by enemies or cameras give you about 750 extra EXP per section due to the Ghost and Smooth Operator bonuses.
All in all the game is heavily biased towards non-lethal stealth sections if you want to make the most of your run, but as Anon pointed, New Game+ of the Director's Cut version mitigates that a bit

Honestly the inventory is big enough, when upgraded, that you have space for a few boss-specific weapons. Beyond that boss rooms ALWAYS have a ton of ammo and weapons laying around. Here's my loadout that I use in every game:
Silenced 10mm
Fully upgraded machine gun
Revolver
Stun gun for if I need to briefly knock out a camera
Keep a couple of EMP grenades.
And that's it, you're prepared for every situation.
If you want to go full ultra non-lethal then just get the typhoon augment and keep a few cases of ammo for it, spamming fully upgraded typhoons will wipe out any one or any thing: bosses, boxguards, crowds, whatever.

Well, if you believe that then you'd never even get past the first level of the game, because it REQUIRES you to knock out a guard a break out of prison.
I think I understand what you're getting at but my point is, when you've gotten that far into the game, you'd have to do a lot of backwards thinking to just walk up to an enemy that is identical to the ones you've spent the last 3-5 hours sneaking past/knocking out/mowing down and just have a mental reaction equivalent to "yes sir, sorry sir." For Christ's sake the whole reason you're in the manor to begin with is to assassinate/kidnap a woman. Why would trespassing become too much to comprehend? Especially when you did the SAME THING (break into a building, take out a couple guys) in the last mission?
