Im not usually a nostalgiafag but more i think about it, the more i realise that first 3 games were the best, everything after pretty much pales in comparision, even anime
Anime does have some good moments and even better characters but mostly its shitty animated, way shortened and so on

1's first two cases are mediocre, but it's acceptable because it was the first attempt and wasn't really in the groove yet. 1-5 is fun but it REALLY feels more like a 2 case.
2 solidified the style, but the first three cases are mediocre. The finale is great, but it's a pretty bad game. Pearl felt unnecessary, Franziska was terrible (and really, just a last minute excuse for what was to be "lol Edgeworth was just shit for some reason for two cases???"), 2-1 is incredibly boring with Maggey as the only highlight, 2-2 is mediocre and only matters because it plants seeds for 3, and 2-3 was a few good CEs buried in tedium and "lol magic".
In a perfect world, 2-4 would have just been 1-5.

I'm saying that having the conflict of 2-4 cap off 1 would be better than a whole game of crap. Also saying 1-5 fits 2 or 3 better because of its crazier style.
