Why do people like Red Dead Redemption so much? I had a bit of fun messing around in it for the first few hours, but then when I got bored of fucking around and moved on to the missions I realized it was the exact same gameplay that took me maybe 3 hours to tire of completely stretched over another 20 hours and bogged down with trash story. Did they ever fix the online servers? Last time I checked it was a shitfest of modders and practically dead. Hell, you could hardly connect to a lobby either because Rockstar just let it die. Seems to be a thing for them really. They let the GTA4 online go to shit and then RDR. Wouldn't be surprised if they eventually did it to the mess that is GTA5, but that's my opinion.

Yea well all we're getting is custom games. At the very least people on /v/ can make their own games since it's free so no one can complain. It's likely a tool meant to gauge pc players like forza apex was to prep for the future iterations. Like the way overwatch plays with different rules/parameters on consoles vs pc aka it's slower paced.

It'll come eventually through emulation. The annoying part is it will still be limited by emulation. At best we can increase internal res and maybe unlock frames but the draw distance will likely still be shit. Hopefully they just decided to remaster it at some point.
