With current capabilities it is piss easy for a moderately competent dev. Greater problem is not to implement features but to balance them, especially with character progression, unknown possible fighting scenarios with dynamic environment and varying fighting party sizes.
Fuck that ENB crap. I finally tried my first ENB a few days ago. Downloaded a bunch of bullshit then finally downloaded the ENB preset off nexus. Nights are dark as fuck. Days are dark as fuck. Everything is dark as fuck. Some rain looks fucked. The game looked better before I tried out ENB shit. I messed with some ini files to make everything not so retardedly dark and once I finished editing that file I hopped on overwatch.
Mods literally can't replicate the engine update. They are adding 64 bit support with fo4 shaders with advanced lighting techniques.
Mods make the game good looking but this faggot is delusional. And i'm not even Todd Howard.
