I never really got this. I guess it helps players know where they are and it's not like the AI can tell, but multiplayer games with this kind of invisibility is kinda stupid since anyone can tell where you are anyway. I liked how Golden Eye had full invisibility though, even if it led to screen watching and getting caught on corners.

You have to fight. They don't count as kills, and the fight rooms give you enough weapons to take them down.
This happened because they outsourced the boss fights to Thailand, and apologized profusely for that decision. The boss fights in Mankind Divided have been confirmed multiple times to be approached from any way you want, including completely avoiding them.
Xenoblade X's stealth is pretty fun. Just jumping around on the sides of hills and mountains to avoid enemies feels so good.

After replaying it for the first time in years recently, I'm still impressed by how well Deus Ex threaded the needle between these here. Stealth is a completely valid approach, but so are a bunch of others, or hybrid use. There are a variety of weapons, skills, and augmentation choices that can go towards it, and there are both lethal and non-lethal options, ranged and melee.
Playing a lot of other games that just don't get the balance right at all in one way or another it's still surprisingly how well they managed to hit it in such an old game.
