2) Download Mario Party, Mario Kart, Kirby Air Ride, your game of choice, GCN ISO files from emuparadise.me
3) Host a netplay room and post the code here to play with other anons
If you're joining, you do not need to start the game. If you can't connect to a lobby, it's probably already started.

>Dolphin window -> Right click game -> Properties - > Disable "Speed up Disc Transfer Rate"
>Turn off any widescreen hacks if you have any on (If you literally just downloaded Dolphin, don't worry about it)
>Some games may require you have cheats enabled to unlock everything (Config -> General -> "Enable Cheats"). Just leaving it on won't mess anything up
>LEAVE EVERYTHING ELSE ALONE
If you're new and it's your first time hosting:
Pad the buffer somewhere between 15 - 30. If you need to go over 30, don't bother hosting. Each buffer frame adds basically 16.67 ms of input lag.

When doing netplay with more than two people, you use the person with the highest ping as a baseline for pad buffer. Go ahead and divide that ping by 16 or 17 to get an idea of the buffer you need. The 16 or 17 comes from the fact that a 60 fps game will need inputs every 16.67 ms (1000 ms/60). If a player can't get their input data to the host fast enough, they will slow everyone else down. The pad buffer will increase input lag by the number of frames that you choose.
For example, a pad buffer of 5 will add around 83 ms of lag (16.67 ms*5). However, the input lag will be more desirable than a choppy, stuttery game.

Hudson soft was always sticking with their traditions but as soon as they imploded nintendo's first party team staff took over and started making everything where "everybody wins" and more streamlined with the mario franchise, everything is more squared, there's less variety in maps, remember all the crazy maps, them trying to go for a bit of realism
