It was originally going to be a blend of 2D and 3D animation, now the show is completely 3D. And it looks bad. Right is full 3D model, left is the 3D model rotoscoped over with 2D. I guess it ended up costing to much, I hate how cheap anime has become.

I may be a fanboy but honestly TW3 downgrades wasn't a big deal. I mean, there was a huge downgrade, but game looks still very good and with open world, this game could burn 70% of PCs without downgrade.
Also didnt they release patch that improves quality? (didn't really cared as my pc was running it on medium/high)
