Umihara Kawase Shun
Overall? Banjo-Kazooie, it's too close to my heart for it to be any other answer. Recently? The Umihara Kawase series in general, though I'd love for Shun to hit the NA PSN so I'm not stuck playing the JP release with the shitty DS3 D-pad.
