Who actually buys this shit when there is emulation?

The entire goal of the collector's market is to artificially drive up the costs of scarce products. Actually using the product is irrelevant.

I don't know if it's a widespread problem, but I have issues trying to get certain PS1 games to play without locking up, or having sound or graphical issues.
