Increase the sensitivity and it's hell to make small adjustments to the aim. Decrease sensitivity and you can't make quick turns. Aim assists exist for a reason - controllers are terrible for shooters

I can understand that mouse is better for a very tactical game where precision is very important, but in general FPS has always worked very well on console. I play Doom on PS4 like I played Duke Nukem 3D on the first playstation. Shit works fine.

I have it. It's much better for aiming than using analogs. You can do quick 180 when not aiming and dampen the sensitivity when pressing the left trigger to aim. You can also use the gyro for more precision
I'll always prefer m+k over controllers for fps games, especially when it comes to multiplayer.
TimeSplitters was nice though.
