The Lost Children arc I can understand. Burning children and malformed children / moth / elf foetuses does not make good television.

Also the I hated the clanging sounds they used for the sword. Makes it sound that it's hollow.

There honestly isn't that many side characters. The only difficult ones are the Apostles who follow Griffiths. The hardest one to remember is the Robin Hood Archer guy and the Autistic Medium Girl. I feel it doesn't fit Berserk at all because while guts does go around killing masses of enemies those are never the most memorable moments in the story. Also he's not just some super strong guy swinging his sword around at random, he only does the things he does because of his unmatched skill. It just doesn't sit right with me to have a Berserk game be a mindless button masher with the main gameplay focus being on the most boring fights in the series.

If I'm gonna play a berserk game I want it to focus more on going up against the memorable monster designs and being forced to get skilled or figure out strategies like guts does. A musuo is normally just mashing X through hundreds of dudes in armor or naked possessed guys.
