I just went in the final dungeon with 3 sorc pawns and I keep getting my shit pushed in by those black direwolves and succubus.
Tried going into BBI as well and can't seem to get pass the chained giant cyclops.
Should I level up some more or just git gud?

It never hurts to level further, but git gud is better advice. You should be doing pretty satisfactory damage to the giant cyclops by just climbing aboard and attacking.

Please don't believe those who call Warrior bad. The damage is terrific and you can avoid all damage from any attack with the evasion slash provided your reflexes are good. Not to mention you can tank through the damage of most attacks while charging up Arc with the right augments.
Yes you have less ways to engage monsters than other classes but you can make up for that with jump attacks and climb attacks, the latter of which do a surprising amount of damage
