I love SF but the new characters in IV and V are mostly terrible designs that Capcom half-ass ripped off from other fighting games.
Necalli reeks of them wanting their own Ogre, and IV was full of SNK rejects like El Fuerte and Crimson Viper.
And Juri is every generic animu psychopath ever.
They then have to try too hard to make them seem relevant compared to the long running characters, so they end up with terrible plots.
