It's different for every game but you can look up a list that compares fps and resolution. When there is a difference at all its usually 900p (xbox) vs 1080p (ps) both @30fps. Although its not really relevant to brag about superior performance on a console anyways.

There isn't much to the game and the framerate blows chunks
But the bosses are all superb, the damage mechanic is great, and all the weapons work and flow really well.

It's easily the best of platinum's licensed games they've done with activision so far
I personally enjoyed it a lot. You gotta keep in mind though that like any other platinum game it's short and has a focus on replaying the game to get better scores.
