Avoided these threads like a plague and finally beat it so I can come in.
How'd you all do on the spoilers and what'd you think of the game overall?I guessed the teams waking up at different times/tampered watches/same ward almost right away but didn't have any reason as to why so I thought it was wrong.
I thought it was weird that they never called Sean "Q" but didn't really think into too deeply. Same thing with Eric mentioning the old man in the char, but at that point I was getting VLR vibes so I thought it was important. The mention of "me with you there is 10" or whatever it was made everything clear since it would be pointless for it to be referring to the zero not participating. Shooting delta just confirmed it.
Didn't think of baby Phi until Diana mentioned she might be pregnant, and when twins were born I figured Delta would be Zero since I didn't know how else they would tie him in.
Can't remember any other twists. Overall I thought the game was alright. The beginning and end were too cutscene heavy and there weren't enough puzzles. They also felt disconnected at times in reference to the steps needed and at least twice something in the room changed with no indication that anything changed so I spent 5-10 minutes stuck until I decided to interact with everything again.

I like to think it works like the paradox correction in the first Futurama movie. Two of the same person can't exist in the same universe at the same time. So, the universe corrects this by killing one of them by making look like a circumstantial death. In the timeline where Diana gives birth to Delta and Phi, their adult versions are already dead. The transported Diana and Sigma were able to observe their own bodies in the Q-2 End timeline because, they were already dead. It would be fine for Alice and Clover to transport back to 2028 or 2029 since their kidnapped bodies are frozen. As long as long as both copies of a person don't observe each other, it's fine.

Camera angles. And Delta confirms one death in the time line where you push a button and kill Q team as a whole. Then you warp to a reality where Q team was not killed as a whole.
Keep in mind, that the old man himself was called Q, and there's actually a scene where most of Q-team is killed, but sean is never seen despite being dead, and Q is not put up on the board. One of the characters even asks "Where's Q?"
There's also the fact that all of the endings involving Q have been closely following Sean's plotline.
There's also a message on the wall that turns into "If you include me, we are ten" or something along those lines.
I suspect that Delta, under the masquerade of Q, has been always part of Q team all along. If you even think about it, there's never a scene where Mira or Eric call Sean by the name "Q" which is what we're introduced with. And everyone is confused by the presence of the boy, but not the name.
