Perfect Cherry Blossom is a good starting place for a newbie. It's quite easy on Easy and you don't miss much on who is who, as lorewise only EoSD is before it.

EoSD, on the other hand, is rather hard and doesn't yet have things like hitbox on focus.It's nice but not exactly in a beginner-friendly manner.
