Almost every mechanic in MGS5 is a downgrade from the previous games in the series. Open world is a meme, and degrades the quality of a game in every conceivable way. Even as a PS4 owner, easily Naughty Dog. Now they just make boring mediocre "cinematic" games. The Last of Us was generic overrated trash BS. Uncharted 4, while one of the most beautiful games of this generation, had shit story and gameplay (kinda like all the other games in the series outside of Uncharted 2). Crash is dead and Jak and Daxter was never good. R* has some good stuff in the future and GTA V was great (though slightly worse than GTA IV). Blizzard just released one of the most brilliant FPS of all time, though most of their other games are shit. Bethesda, while somewhat disappointing with some series, still hasn't made a completely bad game in at least 5 years. Fallout 4 was loads of fun even though the story was lacking, and Dishonored is amazing.

Rockstar makes some of the best games in the industry, in terms of technical prowess, attention to detail, and enjoyment. GTA in particular is the single franchise which drives console sales, I'm positive GTA5 moved more PS3s and 360s than any other game in their libraries.
Naughty Dog's games all felt like they were designed by a committee analyzing the most successful games currently on the market, and trying to emulate them. Crash was clearly inspired by animal mascot platformers of the 90s, it adopted the colectathon model from N64 games, and Jak continued that. The success of GTA3 forced Naughty Dog into imitating GTA for Jak 2 and 3, and the sudden shift in tone. If Naughty Dog didn't exist, that wouldn't stop PS consoles from being sold, since Rockstar already holds that title.
It is a tie between Blizzard and Bethesda, though. Bethesda shits out technically incompetent games that demand user created mods to fix them, and Bethesda tried to capitalize on other people's work with the paid mods fiasco. They publish some decent games from time to time, but most people only care about TES or Fallout. Ironically, the other games they publish do not support mods by any extent.
Blizzard makes technically sound games on the surface, but their games are clearly designed to appease super casuals, and are often riddled with some underhanded business tactics, like the cash shops in fucking every game of theirs. I'd say Blizzard should go.

Modern Naughty dog is a fair option because they don't produce anything actually worth a shit.Based on what I've seen of it, Crash doesn't look like a very good game/platformer either, and I'm convinced it's loved mostly out of nostalgia.And possibly sony fanboyism.
Blizzard is probably the best option because they seem to be setting modern gaming trends in some respects, like the rise of cash shop card games. On top of that, Modern Blizzard's use of their older IPs is a mockery. There might be half decent games in there, but it's buried under abhorrent writing.
Plus, I keep seeing the occasional D3 thread that reeks of marketing to the point that I'm beginning to wonder if they're planning some Diablo related announcement that they're gonna try to milk the franchise with, and I'd really rather they not.

Well... I honestly disagree, Beth is one leg on dark side, but lets be objective here.
Shit with Beth started when M$ wanted to make xbawxhueg relevant(basically to turn PCCucks into consoletards), so they payed them shitload of money to port Morrowind on xhueg.
Their second game(im counting from Morrowind, this is neo/v/ after all) , Oblivion showed the trend where games will go in next 10 years(no/shitty kb+m/UI support and simplifying shit ), shame that x360 was kinda succesful so they sold shitload of Oblivion on xmichaeljackson, it was confirmed with Skyrim where devil takes its due.
Now, they did simplified TES & Fallout, they did fucked development of couple of games.
But, honest to god, they actually did some good deeds.
They raised some prime PC IPs from grave(we can talk all we want but Obsidian doesn't have the cash to buy them and I honestly don't see anyone else who would do better job(not that its a good job, but look what Activision did with Syndicate, what UBI(or whoever) did with Thief/Deus EX).

Bethesda puts out decent games like Dishonored or DOOM while occasionally padding their coffers with the violent rape of Fallout and Elder Scrolls.
Rockstar sometimes loses sight of what made prior iterations of their games enjoyable but always seem to strive for the best gaming experience possible.
Naughty Dog isn't a bad developer, Uncharted is just fine and there's not really any reason to want them to shut down.
