what will happen to him after Kotaku shuts down?

>Kotaku shuts down
I should be surprised by /v/'s lack of basic law or even logic, but I'm not.

Pretending that you're not retarded just makes you look even more retarded, retard.
>>343713762
>I don't understand how bankruptcy, mergers, acquisitions work
>you're retarded because you're not as ignorant as me

Fine, I'll spoonfeed your toddler ass.
Gawker is comprised of intangible assets. Their value is in their brand and current operations. They're not a manufacturer or a retailer. They don't have factories or inventory that can be liquidated outside of worthless fucking office equipment. Their only value is as a going concern thus for Hulk to be paid he'll try to force sell piecemeal or as a whole and the buyer will continue to operate or them or Hulk keeps them in operation and takes distributions/guaranteed payments from their on-going cash flow.
Now fuck off.

Don't bother responding to this retard.
I've tried to make the same argument as you before, and had people post smug anime pictures when I claim that Kotaku is a powerful brand that would just get snapped up by a buyer if Gawker were to go bankrupt and need to sell off its properties.

oh and btw last I heard Gawker was trying to sell Kotaku off to Ziff Davis (assuming Hogan doesn't stop it).
Guess how quickly Kotaku will be gutted of everything but the brand itself. Best case scenario you have a couple former Kotaku writers who hang around. Maybe some random magazine gets renamed "Kotaku". Maybe Kotaku becomes a category on one of their existing sites.
Any way to cut it, what is currently Kotaku (and the current writers) will cease.
>>343714680
>sites shutdown by their parent companies due to being unprofitable being an appropriate comparison
So you were trolling all along. Bravo, have a happy fourth of July.
>>343715213
I'd call this moving the goal post but it's like you're simply trying to claim the goal no longer even exists as a philosophical concept.
>>343715361
don't worry
kotaku is going to be around for a long time
I guarantee it
