This whole dungeon was fairly unsettling.

I always thought that the skeleton trainer guy was the king of Hyrule. I don't know why I thought this but, it was just what I always thought. Also I feel like I remember the portraits of the king in TP always had his eye shadowed - like it was missing but, that may have just been from the perspective in which he was drawn. The best place to see the portrait of the king is in Snowpeak Ruins in the room where the stairs are collapsed on both sides. On one side, a huge painting of the king is on top of the rubble.
