PlayStation, always had Nintendo and Xbox, got a ps4 and psPlay, playing through the first GoW, and it's okay, but the constant need to button mashing during grab scenes gets annoying, also PsPlay, lags and shit all the time, it canceled my game out recently in the middle of a boss fight and I had to go all the way back to the save.

Of all the series that have changed or evolved over the series, God of War is probably one of the most stagnant. 6 fucking games, and they have all played identically aside from mid-combo weapon switching in 3 and assorted trinkets in individual games like the Golden Fleece or the Uroborus.
God of War is too big an IP to just abandon, and even though nothing that has been shown off so far aside from the leaked artwork has looked good, it's the first step that GoW has made to overcome its stagnation
