If one and only one, Star Ocean: The Second Story, PS1. It's so jank and simple, yet can be broken and enjoyed multiple ways. It has your run-of-the-mill JRPG story, but allowing for so many nedings just gives incentive to use your fave characters regardless of how good they are.
Not the best game, not the greatest game, but I always replay that shit. No other game I've played has been replayed as much as that.

Honestly, the first time I watched the final fight between Ocelot and Snake, when Ocelot tries to poke Snake's missing eye, and Snake just grins, I fucking lost my shit.
Natural-Selection is my all time favorite game which I also got gud at.
It's the most varied asymmetrical multiplayer shooter/biterever made. It had a lot of shitty rounds because people couldn't handle the learning curve but those that clicked were the best video game experiences I've ever had.

Single most influential game to design a recipe we now see interpreted in games such as Elder Scrolls and Witcher.
The reason its my favorite game was how I initially played it on my big brother's Nintendo, and one christmas night it became mine.
Through much hard work by my mothers poor english, I eventually beat that game like 5 years later. But it was solid fun for 5 fucking years man.
What probably hit the hardest was that it had a completed save named "Jesper", which was probably why I could stand playing it for 5 years - My big brother had unlocked all the tools for me to have fun with. However, it was nothing like beating the game myself.
It was the same feeling Dark Souls gives you, but to a child's virgin mind, it was an explosive drug.
I've been forever hooked. I'm playing pic related due to the recent 5.0 emulator release.

Windwaker
It's a pretty awesome game just in terms of gameplay/exploration. In fact it definitely has the smoothest feeling gameplay of any Zelda.
It's biggest strength is the quirky and interesting characters and game world. I think it has an overall charm that's very unique, combined with the timeless art style and mysterious over world waiting to be explored.
I just think it's an extremely well rounded title with little to no flaws.
The one flaw I really see is the low difficulty, but I don't think greatly challenging yourself is necessary for every video game experience.
