I guarantee you aren't even good at SF, because no one who is actually good at the game would say this. If every link was a one framer the most viable strategy would be to mash reversal during every single combo, and the game would just devolve into 'is he going to bait my reversal or not because there is a 50% chance he will drop the combo if he goes for it'.
