Mount the ISOs of 2 & 3, and then run their installers like always.
The SH1 is a PS1 rip that you gotta emulate.
The "sh2proxy" fix works as a no-cd crack as well, and is included in the pack.
In case you experience issues saving the game / not being able to edit the disp.ini, make sure the files aren't set to "Read Only", and run the game as Administrator.
If SH2 gets stuck in a black screen upon launch, close it and re-start it again.

Yes but once enough years pass by these games will largely become forgotten unlike many other IP's out there keeping their name alive. Another sad thing is there are more shit SH games now then good ones.

There is no way this will happen. Companies would rather sit on IP's then sell them. Especially since Konami can milk their IP's with pachinko now. I was surprised to find out that system shock IP was actually owned by an insurance company of all things.

I've seen a SH-related thread on /v/ almost daily now for the past few months. Hitting the bump limit ain't a measurement for the quality of the thread. There's ultimately quite little to discuss about the games, after all, unless someone makes a major technical or detail discovery, or you end up tutoring a total rookie about starting the games.

With the recent re-releases of System Shock games, and the upcoming remake of SS1 being in the works, I'd say nothing's impossible.
Atari of all things was sitting on SS' IP for ages, which they apparently got from EA or something, and somehow it just happened to fly in some insurance group's hands.
