It's a great 16-bit RPG, it has no story whatsoever or challenge but the gameplay and variety is the among the best of series.

I enjoyed V, so much that I would put it near the top as far as quality goes.

One recommendation: Play the GBA version. PC/Phone version butchered the game.

Yes. Get the Advance version on GBA and enjoy beaking the game with the new OP jobs.

Characters are quirky but somewhat tropey, not nearly to cringe levels though. Gameplay is solid. Never cared much for the old FF visual design though
