Depends on my sesh. I can get into it and game extremely hard and need to take a break.
I used to. I used to when video games weren't absolute shit.
My heart would race and I'd break out in light sweat back in Red Orchestra Ostfront 41-45 when I inched myself towards a T34 with a Panzerfaust in hand.
I would be sweating in the Panther's Turret as my Driver and I would talk to each other, time would slow as I spot a T34 or JS-2 and line my sights onto the silhouette.

The closest I get now to excitement is in high speed skirmishes in Jets playing War Thunder.
Video games just aren't what they used to be. It was all a mistake.

Most of the time if I sweat while playing, it's already hot enough I would sweat without playing.
I do get sweaty hands from time to time, and it's very annoying.
Only with rocket league, probably cause it's the only game I'm good enough to be competitive with
