I win like 75% of the time in ranked, but my rank still goes down because every time I win I get 1/10 of a level and when I lose I lose 1/2 a level.
It's fucking stupid. Just now my team won after someone left and it still only gave us 1/10 of a level.

The matchmaking is super broken. You'll get put up against profesional gamers as well as people who just bought the game a week ago. Just try to enjoy the little moments along the way.
