Just go with psi, all three of them. Pick one weapon, anything will do, and then another four skills of your choice. Again, go with whatever sounds good to you.

check out the abilities and see which you think is your style
though don't forget to invest in some form of survivability, even if its "stealthing past any encounter that looks tough" (a lot more viable than in many other games given how xp works)
though do try to work out something playable, going for synergy isn't minmaxing, its making sure you can actually finish the game.
And when it comes to skills, barter is virtually useless, crafting extremely powerful, best items are made not bought

stealth + knives + dodge/evasion is fun. You deal immense damage but are extremely vulnerable if caught out of position, out of cooldowns or out of luck
I kept reading anons here saying that knives were just not viable at endgame but I still tried them and found out they were completely wrong

I went light armor, because the Nimble perk gives you a flat -15% to armor penalty as well as extra movement points if you're at 0%. I just had no need for it.
