Natalia is the main antagonist of the game.

None of the protagonists from past games will be in RE7, as they would distract from the story with their superhero-esque abilities..

Also not all enemies in RE7 will be associated with Umbrella or genetic experimentation. Some are purely supernatural and will not be explained.
