Which games spike to intense difficulty right from the start?

I think a lot of Star Wars games have a huge spike in difficulty early on in the game.
Especially Rogue Squadron games.

It's actually hardest at the start. No health, no Devil trigger and no moves, and you most likely don't know what the fuck you're doing.

This. I shat all over Virgil at the end, but Agni and Rudra just ruined me.
Fuck games that start you out full powered then take all your weapons and powers away and have to earn them all back. That's the dumbest mechanic ever.

Shit gets harder and more harder after 3 setlists. Last setlist is downright brutal on hard or expert.Ironic because timing window on GH3 is garbage and make a lot of songs easy.

God Hand just throws you in there, so I found Chapter 4 easier than the 3 preceding it, since that's when I learnt how to really play.
