Winston has a tesla coil electricity gun thing that attacks all enemies in a cone in front of it
the support Lucio's healing and speed boost is a passive affect and heals or boosts everyone within line of sight and a large range
Torbjorn builds turrets that do the aiming for you, Symmetra builds small laser turrets but she takes more thought to play
Mei can freeze people then use that time to line up an ice shard headshot
And there's other heroes that work well as spray n pray. The game also has massive hitboxes, especially on the head, so aiming is pretty easy
Then you're in luck, because the game is designed to offer minimal benefits from skilful play.

S3 would most likely be an original story. There's no way they would do 26 episodes of minefield mahjong. Even if they condensed it the button pressing game would translate terribly to anime. One poker hen would be alright but then you miss a lot of the set up of you don't do the button press shit.
