Here's a though. Why restrict shit to an arbitrary number like 9? /a/ does this too and I'm pretty sure /mu/ has 4x4 threads.

9 is easy to fit on a mosaic. Same with 16.
The whole point is to compare with other people's top games so if there was no limit it would be hard to do that with one person having 5 games and another with 17.

Surely a 5x5 would make more sense though. A top 25 seems more appropriate compared to 9 and 16. 7x7s too since it's pretty close to being a top 50.
