He is though. Don't even bring up a video of Seagull because he has been playing the game since the first beta, always has a full team of pros with him, and has a heal slut on his ass 24/7. All of that just to make Genji usable. Genji has less damage than Reaper, McCree, and Pharah, whilst having a near useless ult.
