The game is much easier than the usual Layton faire but I personally felt as an Ace Attorney fan, it's a bit too over the top and the story can drive you insane.

it's not really a good layton game or a good AA game. like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich is it's own great thing, but playing PL/AA is like eating a shitty PB&J sandwich which just makes you want to eat either a peanut butter sandwich or a jelly sandwich. it didn't work well.

Man I wish they released more and MORE cases for Dual Destinies ? Why isn't Capcom taking advantage of this ? It's the PERFECT game to release a non stop barrage of high quality content. I don't remember how much was the pirate DLC, but i'd buy every single one of them.

I love that they're doubling down on the Japanifornia stuff. I still think it's such a charming part of the localization despite how increasingly ridiculous it is.

The original theme has a better pace to it.
In fact, I'd say that's something that's amiss with a lot of this game's remixes. The tempos are all skewed.

Yeah, but if the rest of the soundtrack sounds like this garbage (considering they've fucked up two objection themes, I'm not hopeful) then DD might just edge it soundtrack-wise.
