'Story rich' is usually an indicator of a bad game, but sometimes it's retroactively stuck to something that was actually good.
There are a lot of games with misleading tags, I just look at the game's store page.

Evidently Steam rolled out a mostly-useless tag filter for the discovery queue. The only things that show up for me now are bottom-of-the-barrel indie platformers and strategy games.
