I use Kone XTD. I havent encountered many games that make use of buttons on a mouse. You can rebind, sure, but the advantage to a key on a keyboard usually isnt very big.

Earthbound. D-pad+L gets you through most of it. Select is an alternative for B, and if you press A after select you can open the menu for the rare times you have to use goods outside battle.
