Well if you want to be 1:1, the scorpio is using amd so you can't apply nvidia tflops to it

If you go amd tflops it's likely a scaled down vega just like the ps4 is a scaled down polaris/480 which is said to be around 4 tflops.

The full desktops 480 is around 5.8 tflops. The scorpio is said to be 6 tflops but that's in a year and a half. The 580 will outdo it by then. Never mind that the 490 will likely be 8 tflops which we should be getting soon.
