While in retrospect, there was decent foreshadowing to Delta's existence, I'm a little confused by a couple things:

It's never explained, it's literally their design

If you notice, Akane mentions that YOU are being sent back to help Sigma and Phi, and that YOU are going to save the world. And that Kyle's main purpose (his other being him as a spare for Sigma) is completed simply by being sent back into your "body".
So. Kyle doesn't have a body in the past, right? But he switches places with ?/player, the same ?/player that experienced VLR and 999. Now notice that when asked about Kyle taking over your body/switching places, she says "I suppose you could put it that way, yes". So where's Kyle? He's in the moments before ZTD. This is why his consciousness is so important, because Kyle being sent into the past into where the player would inhabit (sitting outside of space/time, being in the Morphogenetic field, or whatever) at that time frame gives the player a method of taking their 999 and VLR knowledge and jump into their own "body" to take part in ZTD. And that's why Sigma's main goal for Kyle and Kyle's participation in the mission is completed by just being sent back to the past, because YOU starting up and playing ZTD is you switching back with Kyle. And this is why nobody was allowed to tell you the events of the shelter since it would eliminate the possibility of a Radical-6 free timeline. Because doing so would spoil the game, and if the entire plot is spoiled before the game is made, there's no point to the game being made.

Puzzles were good. Better than 999 (which are brain dead easy) but not as good as VLR overall. Hardest puzzle was converting from base 10 to base 13 because up to that point having the symbols next to each other meant you multiplied them but when entering them into the machine it didn't. Idk maybe I'm retarded
Something I really liked about the game was how you could input tons of answers when you had to type a name. Even typing the dog's name gave you an unique answer. Should have added some easter eggs.

I have to know what the fuck was the logic behind the solution in the control room with the wire puzzle. There was the actual puzzle with the wires you used, The blank diagram on the opposite wall, and the video feed inside the glasses. But making the wires match the glasses was wrong. They kept going on about the symbol but what the hell did that have to do with anything?
That was the only puzzle I couldn't solve on my own and its killing me.
