What would make you want to buy an NX?
strong third party support.
hacked and able to pirate days after launch
New Smash ( Not just Smash U with more fire emblem characters )
New 3D Mario Game that doesn't take inspiration from 3D World or the "New" series.
If we aren't going to be getting a real Paper Mario then a Mario & Luigi release on the NX would be pretty cool.
Bayonetta 3 / Wonderful 102 / No More Heroes 3
A good Zelda game
A good Metroid game
A game that surpasses F-Zero GX
and Project M HD
A sequel to Kid Icarus Uprising since Sakurai likely won't be making a new Smash Bros any time soon.
A 2D Metroid game.
A Mario Bros game that has a new concept (multiplayer 3D Land wasn't a big eye opener for me like Galaxy, Sunshine and 64 were).
Continue to support niche game franchises but release them in a timely manner (took nearly a year for us to get Xenoblade X and Fire Emblem Fates, the pace of localization for #FE was alot better since they didn't have to dub it though drawbacks on all three games were also censorship.).
One final Retro Studios DKC to complete their own trilogy would be great for them to have something to put them on the same pedestal as Rareware had.

Hasn't Nintendo offered programs like that for a while now? So they'll probably continue offering that for the NX.
Give me good specs so I dont feel like I'm being ripped off.
No I'm not going to pay 350 USD in 2017 for a CPU that's inherited from 1997.
I'm not asking for a Core i7, I'm just asking them to not rip me off.
And give me the 3rd party exclusives Playstation has.
