Which one is better?

2 has better mechanics and a level editor
1 has the chapter where you can't kill anyone and are forced to take it slow
they're pretty much the same

1 is deffo better. 2 has too big rooms and also going into the corner of the map will fuck with the aiming. It doesn't have the franctic close range action of the first, you just try to snipe and hope you get a hit before you run out of bullets.

So, has anyone made levels in the editor? We used to have threads to get ideas just for that

1 is better. Melee weapon variety is better and guns+wide open spaces/windows ruins the gameplay. It should be about you having a really hard time doing a short route, then changing masks and trying to do it again but to the mask's strength, and not about waiting in corners to gun down whoever heard you shoot from the other side of the apart then stepping off to get shot across two windows by a guy that isn't even on the screen.

2 has a better story and music but 1 is the better game

Both are very good. Some people will say that 2's levels were too wide-open, but I'm glad that guns were actually useful.

Some other people will say that 1's plot was bad, or nonexistent, but the fact that you don't have enough pieces to solve the puzzle doesn't mean it's not a good puzzle.

1 is better because it has real level design rather than fuckin HURR WINDOWS EVERYWHERE WHOOPS YOURE DEAD
