Literally all I want is to be able to fly around the hub world using the same controls as the battle environments. The movement controls during battle are so fluid and so much fun, but the hub world controls are just so clunky. In fact, something I noticed: The jump in the hub world? It's not a real jump. It's just an animation. Your character's collision box does not actually change. In other words, you can jump, but you can't jump over anything.
Why would the devs do that, anyway? It would have been both easier and more fun to just let the player move using the same controls as the battle movement. They spent development time to make the game worse when just making one, cohesive control scheme would have been easier.
