The new combos look pretty nice. And judging by Super God Fist being used by the protag, we've got a larger selection of abilities to be used by the CaC. Hopefully this means Super Dragon Fist and Stardust Breaker are usable too.
I also like some of the new outfits they showed off, like the new FemSaiyan armour with the leg warmer.

The only thing I'm concerned about with Xenoverse 2 is that I wont be able to run it. I can run Xenoverse 1 perfect but this game looks much more computer intensive. I play it on a laptop with an Nvidia 745m. I can play much prettier games than this one, so I just hope that it's optimized well.

Oh man, it's hard to explain everything at once but basically just save them for summons for now.
There are always regular summon banners and special ones. The special ones are mostly the Dokkan Fest ones that can give you the potentially best cards in the game, especially now with Gogeta right around the corner that is by far the best character at the moment.
Other good occasions for Dragon Stone usage are the World Tournament where you battle against other teams and get points for every win but you shouldn't spend too much stones there at the beginning since it's hard to rank high in tournament if you don't have a couple of good characters yet.
And don't ever spend stones if you lost during a quest battle or something. The only time where it's okay to spend stones to recover HP are during Dokkan Fest boss battles since those can be really fucking difficult, especially for new players.
So basically try to save most of your stones for now and wait till Thursday. That's when Gogeta comes out. If you can get him, it's pretty much smooth sailing from there.
