Depression is a legitimate condition caused by chemical imbalances in the brain. The problem that you notice isn't the result of the entire illness being bullshit, but that, like ADD and ADHD, overdiagnosis, and the kinds of pretentious faggots who like to tell everybody about their mental illness because they think it gives them cred. They're the ones who could be "cured" by a walk outside and whatnot. Spoony is a similar case, but he's legitimately bi-polar, and appears to be using his condition for a combination of sympathy and an excuse not to work.

Most of the time I'm too unmotivated to start and stick with a game, but if I do I drop it after an hour. A review is even more intensive than this, it's easy to see how he can't make a review but still may be able to tweet is all.

Clean diet, hard exercise and other things are literally the first line of treatment we get, both with people who abstain from medication and those who get them. During outpatient at the clinic, they basically have you write down your exercise and diet routines for the day. Plenty of people with severe depression, myself included do a combination of bodybuilding, endurance and HIIT every other day along with supplements and abstaining from all junk food. It does take some of the edge off of symptoms but is not a cure.

The beginning of the end for me was when he'd keep getting Oreo in his reviews and she'd either make a racket with the squeaky toy or she'd be crying because Spoony was just talking to a camera and not playing with her. FFS, put your dog in another room or outside while you make a video. It's not just once, he did that at least 3 or 4 times. Then he cries about how hard it is to edit videos, when you know he's just making lame excuses (no one else complains about that, who does he think he's fooling?). But then the final nail, he made a really long ass (I don't mind it being long) spiderman review with April (who doesn't even look like she really wants to be a part of the review), and then gets criticized by people about the length of the review and turns off the comments, makes a follow-up video, where he says, "if you don't like the review, then don't fucking watch it." lol, so it's ok to negatively critique other things, but no one else can leave a negative comment about his content. What an idiot. Just forget about this guy.
