Are there any really good gothic style RPGs around?

>organs
>vampires
>foggy forests
you know, all the basic shitty overly typical settings.
I'm really feeling some turn based JRPG style in a gothic setting right now, but anything to do with those elements I've got an open ear for.

well there's Castlevania, particularly the order ones with RPG elements, like SOTN.

Gothic didn't do it for me
I got some pretty specific fantasies I need to live out, I should just make my own game at this point.

Castlevania was good, I didn't play through all of them, but I played through the few that people recommended.
It didn't satisfy my hunger though, for me I didn't feel the immersion like I wanted to.

idk, I'm just extra picky about that style, way past the point of cringe, I don't think there's really anything out there yet that has what I'm looking for.

I only know a German rpg maker game that fits your description. You don't happen to understand German, do you?
It's not an RPG but you should look up Nosferatu: The wrath of Malachia. It's basically a playable Hammer movie.
