Hard for beginners. Massive grind online. Offline quests give squat for XP.

to be fair, the online is shit if you didn't start from day 1. Everyone is already higher level than you are if you start late.
I remember playing the closed beta and I didn't start on day 1. I started on day 2 and I was already like 10 levels behind just about everyone else I fought and they were wiping the floor with me. Online was a waste of time for anyone who didn't start from day 1.
Because I won't be buying any PS4 games until December with the exception of Super Robot Wars OG Moon Dwellers and FFXV. $40-$60 for games is too steep for a single game and I can build my collection of 360/PS3 games for much cheaper.
I do plan on buying it though.

If you don't have a unit with troop exp skill set as your leader then you're doing it wrong.
